Why the heck are my kids so big?

On Saturday we went with Gabe's parents to pick out a pumpkin. Of course I brought my camera and had to get pics of the kiddos in the pumpkins. But little did I know that it was going to be so sad! Here is my 8 month old McKylah looking so dang big! While I was looking at it I remembered getting a pic of Caden like that when he was little. So I pulled it up and realized he was only 4 months old in this picture! That is younger than McKylah even is! When did my babies get so old!!!!! I am looking into time machines so if anyone knows of one please let me know.
However, on the upside of my Caden and McKylah getting bigger, they are becoming the cutest little friends. I walked in the room later that day to see them sitting in the same position watching TV together. It was the sweetest thing. So while it is so sad that they grow up so fast, I am loving this too.

Meghan, those pictures looked great! I really love the one of your kids laying on the floor together, it's sweet that they are little friends!

Yep, Cody is living here with us! We love having him around so much that we are going to drag him to Hawaii with us. He is doing mission prep classes and will be turning in his papers sometime this month!! Crazy part is he made that decision without any help from us. I showed him your blog and he kept saying, "Man, Meghan and Gabe are so cool," with Aaron in the background agreeing and coming up with random EA memories. You guys sound really fun; thanks for posting the cute pumpkin pics!

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. It's so sad how fast kids grow up and you just want to slow it down, but at the same time it's so much fun to see them grow up and learn and develop. And my goodness, your kids are so darling!!! That little McKylah is so adorable but she is going to be gorgeous with that curly dark hair and blue eyes! (i'm seeing the picture right, right? she has blue eyes?) :)
