A trip to the park

On Wednesday I went to take the kids to the zoo. There is a beautiful zoo in Salisbury, and the best part is that it is FREE! Anyways I loaded all the kids in the car and drove to the zoo only to find out it closed at 4:30! And of course it was about 4:25 when we got there. So I made the kids walk as fast as their little legs could carry them. We were able to see the llamas and buffalo's before they announced on the speakers that they were kicking us out.

The good news is that right outside the zoo is the cutest park ever! I am pretty sure the kids were more excited about the park than the zoo.

The park was massive and had tons of playground equipment. I even joined in on the fun.

There were all kinds of animals just roaming the park. They were obviously used to people, so they would just walk right up to you.

I think it is safe to say that this park beat out all of the parks by our house.

That looks like such a fun park. THey have this great wooden playground here that is kind of similar, but it drives me crazy because i literally have to follow lia around to make sure she doesn't get kidnapped or something. I like the small playgrounds where i can sit down and be lazy.
